GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For all matters not expressly set out in these General Terms and Conditions, reference shall be made to the Short-Term Rental Agreement to be signed upon confirmation of the booking.
1. Business Owner
These terms and conditions govern the booking and short-term rental of the venue managed by:

The business offers the short-term rental of the Dimora Paris venue for private and corporate events.
The booking does not constitute a permanent residential tenancy agreement and does not grant any right of residence.
3. Information Requests and Bookings

The venue may be booked:

The booking shall be considered confirmed only after:
· the rental agreement has been signed
· the required deposit has been paid
4. Prices
The price includes the items and services specified in the rental agreement. The rental price varies according to the duration and type of event. All prices are stated in euros.
5. Payment Methods
Payment may be made by:
· bank transfer
· credit or debit card
· cash, within the limits permitted by applicable law
The outstanding balance must be paid in accordance with the terms specified in the booking confirmation.
6. Security Deposit
At the owner's discretion, a security deposit may be required for bookings, in an amount to be agreed, as security against any damage caused to the venue and its surrounding premises.
The security deposit will be refunded after the venue has been inspected, subject to any duly justified deductions.
7. Duration of the Short-Term Rental
Unless otherwise agreed and subject to availability, the venue may be booked from Monday to Sunday. The date, times and duration of use shall be agreed in advance according to the type of event and the client's requirements. Failure to comply with the agreed times may result in additional charges.
8. Use of the Swimming Pool
The private swimming pool located in the garden in front of the venue may not be used unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
9. Guest Obligations
The guest agrees to:
· use the venue with due care
· comply with the venue rules
· avoid causing disturbance
· immediately report any service issues
It is prohibited to:
· exceed the maximum number of authorised guests
· sublet the venue or transfer the booking
· engage in unlawful activities
10. No Smoking
Smoking inside the venue is prohibited unless otherwise indicated.
In the event of a breach, the costs required for restoration and sanitisation may be charged.
11. Pets
Pets are permitted only with prior authorisation.
The guest shall be fully liable for any damage caused by pets.
12. Liability
The Business shall not be liable for:
· items left behind
· money
· valuables
· theft
· loss
· damage resulting from improper use of the premises
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by the guest or their accompanying persons.
13. Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation and refund terms are those specified at the time of booking and upon signing the agreement.
Any request to cancel a booking must be communicated by email or phone:

In the event of a no-show for a confirmed event, the full amount will be charged, together with a penalty to cover damages.
The Business shall not be liable for any inability to perform the agreement due to force majeure events, including:
· natural disasters;
· interruptions to essential services;
· measures or orders issued by public authorities;
· wars;
· pandemics;
· unforeseeable and unavoidable events.
15. Privacy
Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian law. The Privacy Policy is available on the website www.dimorapariseventi.it

17. Governing Law
The agreement is governed by Italian law.
18. Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court competent under applicable law.
19. Acceptance
By making a booking, the guest acknowledges full knowledge and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
